Fans of Skeem Saam would be heartbroken for Kwaito if his love Lizzy rejects his marriage proposal in September. According to the TVSA Skeem Saam September teasers, Kwaito and Lizzy’s proposal will be the talk of Turfloop when word gets out.

TeamKwaito will be relieved to know that he will not be deterred by her reaction, and that he will be even more keen to pay lobola for the woman he loves. Lizzy will become the second lady in Turfloop to reject a marriage proposal, following Kwaito’s sister, Pretty, who rejected to marry Lehasa Maphosa. After parting up two years ago owing to his immaturity, Kwaito and Lizzy, a fan favourite, reconnected this season.
On social media, viewers reacted enthusiastically to their reunion, especially when Kwaito stood up to his mother Mantuli and Lizzy’s mother Thobakgale, both of whom are against their relationship. He also informed Glenda, his ex-girlfriend, that Lizzy is a finer lady than her and that he loves her. While #TeamLizzy remains protective of her as a result of Kwaito’s previous adultery with Glenda, they want her to be happy with him now that he’s grown.
