Rasta is a South African musician and artist. The artist’s real name is Lebani Thaka. David Sirenje’s fame has increased throughout the years. This is because his pictures, which are generally homage to local legends, make people laugh.
Many people were tickled pink when he decided to paint the famous Albany bread girl, who went viral when a local photographer spotted her buying the bread.
As is common, some readers chastised Rasta for his effort, which was subpar by their standards.
Three-year-old Lethukukhanya Mjaji, called the Albany child, has won the hearts of millions with a single photograph.
Lethukukhanya, who was photographed by Lungisani Mjaji as she walked out of a local shop with a loaf of Albany bread, went viral when the photo was shared on social media.
Soon after, the Tiger Brands company visited at her house with gifts for her mother, such as a gas stove, blankets, lunch boxes and hampers.

Rasta, a prominent local artist, decided to reproduce the viral shot using a blank canvas and his paint brushes while the story was still spreading.
On Twitter, he posted photos of his work with the description, “Imihla lemihla sicelane isinkwa sangemihla yonke.” Siyabonga lethukukhanya uthando lenjabulo (Every day, we feed each other bread. We thank you, Lethukukhanya, for our light, love, and happiness.)
“It’s wonderful to see our African brothers and sisters telling authentic African stories through art.”
Unfortunately for Rasta, many people feel he has yet again missed the target. There were a few kind remarks for the artist in the comments section.
“Ai Ai Ai Rasta, you really know how to spoil a beautiful moment Mara wena Yaz Aiman,” one person said.
