“Dreams do come true,” Sithelo Shozi remarks as season one of “Masked Singer SA” comes to a close.

Sithelo Shozi expresses thanks following the completion of Season 1 of The Masked Singer SA.

The programme, created by Anele Mdoda, finished its inaugural season with Holly Rey as the season’s favourite

Sithelo worked as a detective with Somizi Mhlongo, Skhumba, and J’Somethings on the show, which was hosted by Mpho Popps.

The mother-of-three said on Instagram that the programme was her first professional TV job; she also confirmed season 2. “Dreams do come true!!! Last night we wrapped up @maskedsingerza – the best show on both SABC channels. Thank you @zintathu and the team at Rose & Oaks for believing in me, taking a chance on me. Thank you to my co-detectives, @somizi @skhumba_official @jsomethingmusic and host @mphopopps for an incredible ride, I feel so blessed to know you and call you friends. This was my first professional TV job and I can’t wait to shoot Season 2! Congratulations @hollyreymusic on winning season favourite,” she wrote.
